This page explains how to request deletion of your Dentavora app account and the data associated with it.

If You Can Still Log In

If you can still access your Dentavora account, the fastest way to delete it is from inside the product:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Open the Danger section
  3. Select Delete Account Permanently
  4. Confirm the deletion from the verification email sent to your inbox

If You Cannot Log In

If you cannot access your account, send your deletion request to contact@dentavora.com. We aim to review and process these requests within 7 days.

What Gets Deleted

Practice Owners

When a practice owner completes account deletion, Dentavora initiates deletion of the owner account and the practice data associated with that account, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

Non-Owner Team Members

When a non-owner team member completes account deletion, Dentavora deletes the user account and data associated with that user account. Records the practice must retain to operate the organization or comply with legal obligations may remain with the organization.

Limited Retention

We may retain limited data for a specified period when required by applicable law.
